Receive a $50 rent discount when you pay your rent on or before the 1st of the month (the 3rd if you are on Social Security or Disability that comes in on the third). All rents posted on flyers and ads are after the discount.

You choose the maintenance plan that best suits your needs:
A: You can purchase a service plan from us for $25 a month. This allows you free service from our maintenance staff. (Negligence will be charged at full amount for repair).
B: For every service call we receive, there will be a $25 deductible. You pay the first $25 and we pay the balance. (Negligence will be charged at full amount for repair). This is the same concept as a deductible on your car insurance or on your medical insurance.

Any lease less than 6 months will be charged $50 additional a month. |

We charge a $30.00 nonrefundable application fee per property. |

We allow pets in most of the properties. $10.00 will be added to the rent for each pet and there is a $150 non-refundable pet deposit for 1 pet, $300 non-refundable pet deposit for 2 pets and a $450 non refundable pet fee for more than 2 pets . |
