The above applicant(s) agree to give a deposit of $  (security deposit of $  plus $  non-refundable pet fee) to reserve the sole right to rent the residence at the above address to be held by the owner for a period of three (3) days. This deposit will go towards the security deposit if the application of the applicant is accepted. On  the applicant agrees to move in and pay the rent due of $ .

If the application of the applicant is not accepted, the deposit will be fully refunded.

If the application is accepted, but the applicant changes his/her mind, refuses to or does not rent the residence, or is unable to pay the amount due at the time of move-in, the deposit given on this day is non-refundable. The applicant will then be held accountable for days the residence was held and for additional advertising cost and preparation required to re-rent the dwelling. Stevens Rentals will hold the property for only a two week period from the date of the approved application. After this time, rent will be due whether or not the tenant moves in.

The information on this application form is strictly confidential and will be kept so by the management. The purpose of the information form is to verify the applicant’s credit qualification. The applicant agrees to allow a full credit examination and hereby authorizes management to contact any agencies, offices, groups or organizations or references listed to obtain and verify any information or materials which is deemed necessary to complete my application, and / or on an annual basis to evaluate for renewal consideration or to assist in contacting me should it become necessary to locate me relevant to matters involved in the tenancy.
