Jim has proudly called Cookeville home for over 18 years. His background lies in both real estate, as a broker, and construction, as a licensed contractor. In acquiring his CPA, Jim also acquainted himself with accounting practices. His college experiences produced first a B.S. in Accounting, then an M.B.A. from Tennessee Tech. He now owns over 150 and manages over 200 rental units valued at over $10 million.
Jim spent 19 years as a controller of a large manufacturing plant in TN. Additionally, Jim has been a licensed CPA in TN for 19 years, and a licensed real estate broker for 15 years. More recently, Jim has acquired his construction contractor license. He has built over 20 houses in the last 2 years.
Jim lives happily married to his wife Mary Elizabeth Stevens in Cookeville. Together, they attend church at Trinity Assembly in Algood with their five children: Samantha, Megan, Valerie, Jamie and Brian. |
